Please note that the Cool Shot button is not designed to blow cold air, it reduces the flow of hot air by 5 degrees to prevent over-drying and helps seal the hair cuticle, setting the final look for a long-lasting hold and adds brilliance. Also, the cold shot knob must be operated from a distance of 12cm with the hub attached.
