Return & Exchange Eligibility:

Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals intact.

Only damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for return or exchange.
⚠️ Important: For any claim of a damaged or broken product, a clear unboxing video is mandatory. Without the video, no return or exchange will be entertained.
Non-Returnable Items:

Used, damaged, or altered products.

Personal care items (e.g., trimmers, massagers) due to hygiene concerns.

Items without original packaging.
Exchange Process:

Share your order number, a brief explanation, and the unboxing video (if claiming a damaged item).

Once approved, we’ll arrange pickup or guide you on how to return the product.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed only for items that cannot be exchanged or replaced.

Refunds will be issued via bank transfer within 2-3 working days after product inspection.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the fault is on our end.
Return Shipping:

If the return is due to our error (wrong or faulty item), we’ll cover return shipping.

In other cases, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
