Return & Exchange Policy

At UMODS.PK, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

 Return & Exchange Eligibility:

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals intact.

  • Only damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for return or exchange.

⚠️ Important: For any claim of a damaged or broken product, a clear unboxing video is mandatory. Without the video, no return or exchange will be entertained.

 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used, damaged, or altered products.

  • Personal care items (e.g., trimmers, massagers) due to hygiene concerns.

  • Items without original packaging.

 Exchange Process:

  1. Contact our support team at umodspk@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at [0300-7004386] within 7 days.

  2. Share your order number, a brief explanation, and the unboxing video (if claiming a damaged item).

  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange pickup or guide you on how to return the product.

  4. You can request:

    • A replacement

    • A coupon code for future purchase

    • A refund (in eligible cases)

 Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed only for items that cannot be exchanged or replaced.

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer within 2-3 working days after product inspection.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the fault is on our end.

 Return Shipping:

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or faulty item), we’ll cover return shipping.

  • In other cases, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
